Spiritual Life

At Spanish River Christian School, we seek to prepare students to live a Christian life in a contemporary society.  We strive to develop a desire in children to study God's Word and to apply Scriptures to their daily lives.  Students attend daily Bible classes and weekly chapel services.   Faculty, church pastors, and special guests present biblically-based lessons at chapel, and students actively participate through heartfelt worship songs, biblically-based dramas, and scripture-inspired artwork.  Performances by our Middle School Worship Band, Chapel Choir, and Chorus enhance our praise and worship time on a regular basis.

SRCS Middle School and Staff go Gleaning

On February 6, 2015, the entire Middle School spent several hours gleaning peppers in conjunction with C.R.O.S. Ministries.  The gleaned produce is donated to area Food Banks.  Students, staff, and parent volunteers worked for two hours, and filled over 300 boxes of green peppers.   Enjoy the thumbnail photos from the gleaning trip in 2015.  A short video of the gleaning field trip from 2014  is also available below:
